Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Packages are shipped from the U.S. within one to three business days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing or for pre-orders. Once shipped, most U.S. orders take three to five business days to arrive depending on your local postal service.
International orders may take one to eight weeks to arrive depending on your country's postal service, and you are responsible for being aware of and for paying any customs, tariffs, fees or taxes there may be.
For questions regarding shipped orders, please look to your tracking number.
If you have any concerns regarding shipped orders, please let us know and we'll do whatever we can to help, but you must bring any issues to the attention of the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, or your country's local postal service). Old Rose Press is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed packages or packages sent to the wrong shipping address.
RETURN POLICY
Old Rose Press does not offer returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. If you have any questions, please contact us within five days of receiving your package: info@oldrosepress.com.
